    Default Protecting our carts

I came across these on ebay earlier:
    http://cgi.ebay.com/Nintendo-NES-Box...item255c39bf9c

Can anyone recommend these for storing my CIB games in? Are there any other good storage bags for carts and completes from other systems?

    Are you set on bags?

There was someone who made clear flexible boxes for this kind of thing. They were nice and durable and the quality was great. Don't know where to find them anymore though. I think the guy who made them was on Nintendo Age.

They are obviously more expensive though, but your collection won't look like a freezer.

If so, would you recommend the "smug" or "classic" fit?

Unfortunalty, the Classic NES is the only non-custom size in PET that fits video games. (Last I knew the SNES size and gameboy size are only in PVC)

Check around clearbags but stay away from anything with pvc.

I have custom sized NES SNES, Gameboy and Atari in PET available in both large and small quantities, international shipping is avialable.

I have about 400 of the box protectors back when Justabum was selling them before he went AWOL. Very nice for storing boxes and not having to worry about them getting crushed or scuffed. I have the classic fit, but only because the snug fit weren't available back then.

I really like them, and they're definitely affordable. Grab 25 and see what you think.

Can someone give me some examples of games that would fit only the classic or snug nes box protectors please? I want to try a batch but unsure which to get.

Big box games like Carmen Santiago and Arkanoid, also likely the Aladdin Deck games won’t fit. Other then that I think they all would fit in both. In other words, buying the custom ones won’t put a limit on what NES games you can use them on.

The classics however, do fit 32X and Genesis Cardboard nicely.

Personally I use classics because that was what was available avialible first

my current direct sale prices range from .68 -.84 each.

I can fit ~55 in a flate rate envelope and up to 300 in a flate rate box.

Feel free to email me for a quote jimpoleshuk@gmail.com

So safe to say I could use the classic or snug for any my nes boxes (save for those mentioned)? Just one will be a tighter fit than the other? jimpoleshuk email me again please with those prices?

Yes, that is what he meant. I bought a bunch of the Atari ones from him, and I could not be happier. They are nicer than I expected. He is a good person to deal with.
