He's selling other stuff, too. And shill bidding ALL of his auctions.

... Two bid retractions by a zero feedback user, canceled in less than a minute? And you don't find that suspicious?
Not to mention THESE ARE REPRO CARTS.
Edit: Looking through the seller's other listings...
One retracted bid from a 0 feedback user here, and SEVEN BIDS by a zero feedback user here.
Yeah, that seller is not to be trusted.
Edit: Confirmed, check all of that particular buyer's bids. He's a shill account.

Good catch, XianXi. Sometimes I hate dealing with the video game community. Collectors are just fine, generally. But sellers are often shits.
Edit: Damn, Kitsune Sniper. I was gonna do a little digging myself, but... Thanks.
Well, I'm doing my part and reporting all of his auctions. ^^
It's people like him that drove me away from listing auctions.
One could always make a shill account and win his auctions...
That won't work. I noticed one of the auctions had a brand new user try to drive up the price, so he canceled his bid and probably banned him.
Dang. THAT is a lot of, or one many-faced, moron new users. All the more reason why I'm not offended by people being skeptical of me when a newbie.
Looks like he may also be violating the maximum shipping cost rule on Golden Axe III. Too bad. I'd have wanted it with a fair postage price applied.
Lum fan.
He's not - he's using calculated shipping and probably entered the wrong weight. That's still allowed, but you can still report him for excessive shipping.
what is this a-hole's seller ID? the link no longer works.
!
Thanks for indulging my gaming habit when I was young, Dad. You were the best. I miss you. ~David Barnes 1926-2007~
Ha! Sneaky sonovabitch!
He changed his user ID from lordkejn to Cricketlord. That shill account I mentioned earlier has been NARUed. He got caught in the act - that NeoGeo he was selling? He canceled all bids and the listing. eBay most likely took down the listing in the first post because the guy was blatantly selling Panesian repro carts.
I'm pretty happy to see that reporting DOES work.
I'm wondering if we weren't the only ones that noticed, though.
It's great that you guys were able to take a shady seller down. I'd love to have a thread warning people about deadbeat bidders though. I've sold 3 items (not games) in the last 2 weeks, and only one has been paid for. Whoever decided it was no longer kosher to neg buyers needs their head examined.

... We do have a thread for that. It's at the top of this forum. :P
Deadbeat bidders really come and go. A while without seeing any, then bam.
Lum fan.
Yeah its best to require instant payment for BIN to help filter out some of the non-payers. Then on auctions just kick the low FB bidders bids and block their id's.
