What we've got is a genuine VA5 Sega Saturn. I've swapped in a replacement flash IC that has a hacked BIOS on it to remove the region restrictions. It will NOT allow you to play backup titles at all, that will require a modboard. As of this moment I've yet to find any that anyone else cannot get ahold of (Racketboy).
