I've never been able to find a source that will sell them at bulk rate, but there are a few people who sell these on eBay, if you search for "Game Boy box protector" you'll find them.

Makes me sad that they don't seem to make any for Super Famicom games.

Edit: I found their website, at http://videogameboxprotectors.com/, and I guess they do have Super Famicom coming sometime.

There are a couple dudes on eBay who sell them as well, along with "shells" for NES, Atari and SNES/N64 boxes. One dude sells "sample packs" so you can try 'em out. I've gotten a few and they're pretty slick; I plan on buying a bunch next year when I get some free cash.
