Yes it's a terrible system but the reason you'd be buying this would be for the cards, see below.
1 complete system
3 spare controllers
All 5 released games with no scratches on their discs
The following cards in binders, none of them have ever been scanned/written to, also cherry picked for condition:
X-Men 57 cards (complete retail set)
Ben-10 80 cards (complete retail set)
Interstellar Wrestling League 54 cards (near complete, missing 3)
Spider-Man 49 cards
Marvel Heroes 34 cards
274 total cards + some spares to fool around with/scan/write etc.
You would be hard pressed to find another set with this many cards, trying to assemble a collection (especially now) is next to impossible. Between myself and a few other Hyperscan collectors we theorized that some of the cards weren't even released because we could never find a complete IWL set. There were some cards that were stupidly hard to get ahold of to complete the Ben-10 and X-Men collections.
