Judging by Dealextreme's reputation, there's at least a good chance they would be fake.
my guess if they are fakes, they will work exactly like the real deal unless otherwise stated in the description like the user above me is talking about.
alot of their cheepo stuff is great, bought many LED light stips to light up a work bench in the garage (electronics work bench) and they are freakin awsome. the replacment console parts are of atleast equal quality aswell
