Does anyone know if the Freeloader for Gamecube works on a Japanese console?

I would like to play some English games on my Japanese Gamecube. Does anyone know if the Freeloader will let me do that, or will it not run on the Gamecube?

it will work on any console worldwide. Thats why there is multiple different Flags on the sleeve...

Perhaps, just saying sold and marketed for Japanese users is another story.

Yeah it wasnt ever sold in Japan, but is fully compatible with Japan, US, and Euro consoles.
