Smile Good RPGs for the PSP

I lately bought a PSP and since the games are really cheap nowadays I'm on my way to build a kick-ass collection. I love RPGs but so far I'm a bit unsure what to get. I allready own the two Untold Legend games and I really love that kind of RPGs. I also allready got FF Tactics. Now I'm looking for rather traditional RPGs. They don't have to be rare or anything, just fun to play. What would be your picks?

You have a few to choose from

Atlus has been bringing the SMT series to the PSP. Persona, P3P and Innocent Sin are all highly recommended. NIS gives you games such as Dragoneer's Aria, Blade Dancer and Spectral Souls. Word of advice: avoid Spectral Souls... the load times on that game render it nearly unplayable. If you can manage to rip the game to your memcard, you're golden.

I'm sure others will chime in with tons of recommendations, but this ought to give you a starting point Enjoy the PSP!
    Wants:
    Starflight Starmap and Code Wheel
    Starflight II Starmap

The only regular RPG I've gotten yet is Star Ocean: First Departure, but I haven't really played it yet. I like the Untold Legends games too though and if you want another good one in that style, get X-Men Legends II.

I'm a collector, but only to a certain extent.
Not as extreme as Rickstilwell though.[/quote]

Thanks a lot for the suggestions so far and especially for this huge list. Think I will be busy with checking it all out. But keep 'em comming never the less. I'm always interested in personal recommendations...

Not really 92 as the Harvest Moon and Monster Hunter games for example. Some games that have RPG elements are debatable, but are fine sitting on the list.

Anyways. Half Minute Hero, Wild ARMs XF, Star Ocean Second Evolution, Star Ocean First Departure, Breath of Fire 3, and Tales of Eternia are my favorites on the console. A few of those games are ports, but they're also my favorites on the console they originated on as well.
Everything in the above post is opinion unless stated otherwise.

As noted above, there's already a thread about PSP RPGs. Use it as a good starting point to search for RPGs (of course, it'll always depend on what kind of RPGs you like; if you're a hack n slash fiend, for instance, there's quite a few titles available on the PSP).

    *lock*

PS: I really like Ys Seven and Oath in Felghana.
