When adding games to your "games finished" lists, do you include games you finished when you were younger, and just gave the game another play-through now?

My Gaming Collection (Now at Google Drive!)
I have a personal "List of Finished Games" where I log every game I've ever finished. It's my goal to increase the number of finished games every year, since I'd like to at least finish every beatable game I own (more then 750).
However, when I include in forums a game I beat, I only include the ones I've beaten for the first time. Otherwise, I could just sit back and speedrun Aladdin and Sonic 2 on the Genesis a thousand times and count them in everytime. It would defeat the purpose, imo.
I put everything that I finished this year, even old ones because it has been so long since I've played most of them all the way through instead of just partially till I got bored of them.
I called it starting over from scratch and no cheat codes allowed. Sometimes I can't even remember which ones I used cheats to beat back in the day anyway.
I use Backloggery and replay most of the games that I finished previous to joining that website. The number isn't that large. I've really gotten into my PSP and DS lately, and the slightly shorter games are really helping my Backloggery "completed" list. I've also been concentrating on the quicker console games (ie movie tie-ins). The more games that I get to move to the "complete" side, the more games I want to complete. Works beautifully.
I used to use backloggery but then I sold a bunch of games and didn't want to go through the annoying process of deleting every game one by one. I want to just open a new account or something.
