Ocarina of Time Collector's Edtion Question

I have an Ocarina of time collector's edition with the vertical back seal and all but it has a small tear on the shrink wrap on the front, the box is still in new condition but how much does a small tear in the shrink wrap (not on a seam) diminish the value.

I also have a legend of zelda ocarina of time golden bag that cam with it at launch for pick up i think if anyone could tell me whats the value of that.

Golden bag? I've had this game since the day it came out (yes the Collector's Edition) and this is the first I've heard of a golden bag.
