Gameshark 5.5

So, I found a gameshark 5.5 whilst out and about. I see one someone has the same up for 120, but I am pretty sure he is just fishing around and it isn't really worth that much. I figure its probably worth 20-30 but just want to check.

There's a Game Shark version 3 and version 5 that sold for $65 each so $75+ might not be out of the question if it has the case and book.
