    Default A Small Bundle

Looking at picking up a group of games from someone.

    N64:

Donkey Kong 64: CIB with the expansion pack
    Mario Party 2: CIB
    Goldeneye 007: Cart only (spare)

    NES:

    Metriod: Cart only
Ghosts 'N Goblins: Cart only (5 screw)

    Genesis:

Two 1st party 3 button controllers: CIB

Not sure what the real difference between the 3 and 5 screw NES games is. However, he's asking $80 plus $13 shipped. Would you call that a fair price?

Not exactly a steal at 93 shipped is it? I guess if you really need MP 2 and DK 64 CIB it would be reasonable at $70 shipped, the rest is just filler IMHO.

Those games with controllers are worth $80, at least that's what I could get for them if I was selling them locally. That's pretty much the going rate. I wouldn't bother buying them for that much though, and while that's probably a fair actual shipping cost I don't think it would be worthwhile buying them with that total price. Complete Genesis controllers *might* be worth $10 each if you can find the right person, I would think it's hard though as the people interested in complete ones would probably avoid paying $5 for loose spare ones so you still might not get much for them.

    N64:

Donkey Kong 64: CIB with the expansion pack -$20
    Mario Party 2: CIB -$30
Goldeneye 007: Cart only (spare) -$10

    NES:

    Metriod: Cart only -$5
Ghosts 'N Goblins: Cart only (5 screw) -$5

    Genesis:

Two 1st party 3 button controllers: CIB -$5 each($10 total)

If you want them for your collection, it's a good deal. Not great, but good. DK CIB gets about $30 on average:

Mario Party 2 CIB got $45 last time:

And I've sold Metroid and 007 for $10 apiece plenty of times, Gosts n Goblins is meh, and the cib controllers are like Gameguy says. New are cheap enough to make buying used cib meh.

It's been awhile since I've sold Metroid for $10, it's still possible if you're patient but it's getting to be more like a $5 game. It's not like it's rare, though I guess it's still in demand somewhat.

With Mario Party 2, completed pricing can vary a bit. The loose cart can get over $20 so I wouldn't go less than $30 for a complete copy, but there's not a lot that sell for more than $30 unless it's like new. One auction I posted hasn't finished yet but it would be good to watch either way, maybe it will sell for more than $30.

With Donkey Kong 64 there's not really much demand for complete copies. I can't find many complete copies listed, but none are too expensive. Plenty of low auctions with no bids too.

I guess I should have stated from the beginning that this is all for my personal collection. I don't buy games to flip them. So I'm not concerned with potential resell. It sounds like I'm not getting a deal but not getting taken either.

For me that's high but if those are all games that you want then you're not getting ripped off. I wouldn't pay more than 50 for it shipped.
