Nintendo E3 1996 Press Kit?/Sales Rep? Folder

I've had this in my collection for about 8 years now. I got it in person from a Nintendo sales rep who worked in Redmond, WA.
I'm wondering what it might be worth as I think it might be time for it to find a new home.
As you can see in the photos it is one big folder with 2 booklets and 5 folders inside.
The two booklets are: New Products and Licensee Index.
The five folders are: Corporate, Virtual Boy, Game Boy, Super NES, and N64.
Each of the five folders has printed pages covering system info/prices and game info/prices.
The most interesting things about this lot (to me) are the two unreleased Virtual Boy games that have screen shots and info/prices.
I did not takes photos of everything as there are lots of pages inside the 5 folders.

Everything is in great condition except for the main folder which has a rip at the bottom and is a bit crushed.
Anyone have any ideas?

Im not competly sure but id guess it would go from 20-100 its all about who wants it, Its just something kind of cool but its not something thats really going to have people fighting over it. But i could be wrong.
