Is there a difference game boy advance jasco glacier & game boy advance glacier

If there's a Jasco Glacier it's new to me, and likely most of the Game Boy collector's on here. I've heard of the GBA Jasco version but it's clear purple, not clear like the Glacier. (If you're wondering what sets it apart from the atomic purple, it has Mario artwork on it.)

I honestly couldn't tell you. The Jasco ones are fairly rare; I almost never see them for sale. I've only ever seen the clear purple GBA one and the clear GBC one. I checked a few reliable sources (like http://www.consolecolors.com) and couldn't find it anywhere either. You could try asking on NintendoAge if you don't get any other answers on here.
