    Default Playstation Dual Analog Controller?

I was at my local Goodwill tonight and found 2 PS1 Dual Analog (Concave sticks). Are these that rare? I looked on ebay and the only one that came up was for $90.

Lots of people say that these are worth decent money, but I've only seen people buy them for $5-$10. They are somewhat hard to find, but I still found one locally for cheap.

Yes. PS1 Dual Analog is unique and relatively well known. Despite very little availability or demand. Pick it up! You may never find more offline again.

What most people aren't aware exists, is the boring PS2 Dual Analog. Don't bother with that if you see them. It's a clear downgrade, just removed rumble.
    Lum fan.

Here's a thread about them from a couple months ago:

As I said in that thread, there's virtually no demand for them. The four that I saw on eBay in November and December that actually sold went for $7, $10, $11, and $15.

What? Why would anyone buy that over the standard DualShock 2?
Was it part of that patent lawsuit over the rumble (that as I thought resulted in certain games named as "infringing" being temporarily put out of print)?

It was sold at Walmart for $15. Actually quite a bargain. I think the lawsuit was a mere coincidence, but had Sony not worked something out they did have a backup plan.
