Default Which arcade port helped you in the arcades?

Which home console or computer ports helped you play the real thing in the arcades? Emulators don't count. It has to be a conversion.

    For me

    ... I guess SF2

    Thanks

Yes Street Fighter 2. Although once I got real good on the SNES D-Pad it felt odd adjusting to the joystick in the arcades. I quickly learned though since I played at Golfland in Sunnyvale.

Another one is definitely 2600 Q-Bert. People will laugh at me for that. Yes it lacked a lot of the features of the arcade (Ugh & Wrongway) but the overall skillset of it, the speed of gameplay, knowing how to deal with the changing colors, killing Coily, etc. made me a lot better at the arcade version

Most home computer ports were so hopelessly distant from the arcade games that they are not worth considering.
