It looks like I have the dread green screen RAM issue with my Amiga A500. Ok the tough part, does anyone know where to get this kind of ram chip "Siemen HYB514256A-70"? I have looked online and haven't found much.

Search for 256k x 4 (bit) DRAM. It might give you better results.
Any pin compatable 70ns or lower DRAM will work.
