Default Is there such a thing as a PSX -> Genesis controller adapter?

    Here's the deal:

Recently, I got a Nubytech Street Fighter Anniversary Controller for the PS2. I absolutely love this thing. It's comfortable in my hand, strong, responsive, and great for 2D games in general, not just fighters.

I would love love LOVE to be able to use this on previous gen consoles, especially the Genesis.

    Are there adapters?

If not, are there adapters that would allow me to use the Saturn pad on a Genesis?

    Thanks in advance.

Tototek.com sells adaptors to do this and to use PSX controllers on many other systems: http://www.tototek.com/store/index.p...products_id=54

My only complaint with that is the way the buttons are mapped.

If you're using a standard PS controller for 3 button games it's ok. If you're using a stick of any variety you're pretty much SOL. I know it's too much to ask, but it would have been great if you could have remapped the buttons somehow with the adapter, or had a switch on it to flip between pads/sticks.

Not the same thing but a youtube buddy of mine converted a PS1 dual shock controller to play robotron on the Atari 7800 or 8-bit computer. Using the dual analog sticks for robotron is awesome

How about an adapter to use SNES controllers on Genesis or Genesis controllers on SNES? It would seem like a simple button mapping since both are 6 button controllers, but I have never seen one.

I've never seen such an adapter either, but I HAVE seen controllers that work on both systems, such as the Naki Turbotouch 360 (or whatever it was called).
