At least the TI99/4A has playable games. Try out the Playdia.

No thanks for the trade, but thanks for the laugh.

I am happy to have most of the atarisoft games. Pole Position isn't bad on here.

I have two of the Voice synths with all the paperwork. They are worth more than the boxed system.

I'd trade all three and all the games for a Playdia. Now that wouldn't be fair.

here is video of a TI994a thrift shop find I put up a few years ago. I play it every now and again, but feel I'm not getting very much out of it. All games work just fine, and it's in the same condition as seen here in this video. Spends most of it's time in storage.

Anybody want it? Send me an offer via PM. Don't worry about low call offers, just tell me what you think it's worth and we can work something out.

Default The TI-99 is so depressing

I know what you mean. I've got a white one with power supply, joysticks, and RF hookup plus an extra ps, joystick, and RF hookup and can't get nothing for them. Anyone interested PM me. Thanks.

Treat it as a video game console, after all the 8 bit computers can easily plug into your HDTV. Every system has exclusives look for Parsec a good side shooter. Another exclusive, Blasto is especially unique, the only home version of a very old Gremlin Arcade Cab game.

I recently got back into the TI fold after getting a way sweet deal from Dave at Video Game Kingdom at Midwest Gaming Classic. The only thing sad about the system is going back to an old audio tape I have and discovering just how atrocious the grammar and spelling is in a few text adventures I wrote when I was 9 or 10.

Only thing I really need now are original controllers. Granted I have an Atari 2600 joystick adapter for it (off of eBay brand new in original packaging...wow), there's just that nostalgic feeling of having the oblong controller. It took me a bit to get used to a joystick in general AND get my Parsec groove back.

I remember having one of these in the 80's during my childhood. Many fond memories. Sure, most of my friends had Atari's and Coleco's, but I still enjoyed what I had

I can't remember what ever happened to mine? I assume it was sold (by my folk's) during a garage sale - way back when, but I recall having a bunch of games for it (most of the good ones).

I'm sure for the right price you can find a good home for these some where.

    Best of luck.

Thanks. I completely forgot about Blasto. The 994a is a very underrated machine.

A guy in our user group back in the day would dumpster dive into the garbage of Business Land and find $10,000 plotters where the only thing wrong with them was the power supply was bad. I guess its no wonder why they went out of business.
