Sealed PSX Demos (MGS: VR Missions, Thousand Arms, Croc 2, magazine demos, more)

Recently acquired a large lot of mostly sealed PSX demo discs, am curious as to the value of a few in particular as I understand most aren't worth much. List:

Eidos Demo Disc Vol. 5

Croc 2, MGS: VR Missions, and Thousand Arms most interest me. I see a couple used Thousand Arms demos listed in the $20-25 range and one used VR Missions listed at $100 (!)...of course, none have sold in the past two weeks (and the same VR Missions has been listed three times now by a dude who sells nothing but expensive Kojima-related stuff...kind of weird). Would love some input on these. Thanks !

I was in the market for a the Thousand Arms demo about 6 months ago but managed to snag it pretty cheap. If you list it at auction you'll probably get about $15, maybe a bit more if you do free shipping. The real people who seemed to be after them were collectors and bundling the game with the demo for some reason would increase the value on both.

Just to clarify, this is the demo disc, not the multimedia CD right? That is much more uncommon in my opinion.
