Shenmue II Xbox, Sealed

I've had a copy of Shenmue II for Xbox since about the time it came out. I never played it because I wanted to play Shenmue 1 first. Well, I finally played Shenmue 1 (beat it yesterday!) and now I need to decide if I should open this sealed copy of II. I vaguely remember checking around a few years ago, and it seemed that sealed copies were pretty common, and around $10. Now, I see lots on Amazon and eBay listed at around $50, while a complete used copy is $15-20. I can't tell if any are actually selling at the $50 mark, though. Does anyone know? Is that the real going price?

Just trying to decide if I should sell this and buy a used copy, or if I should just go ahead and open it.

I still have a sealed copy too. I bought it at the Shopko on Aberg Ave back in the day. They were selling them for $5 or $10, years ago (2004 - 2005?). It seemed like they had tons of them.

It looks like mint complete copies are selling on eBay for $20 - $25. That would make a sealed copy go for $40-ish. Maybe more if you're lucky.

In the time since posting this, I've seen some sealed copies go for about $25-30. So, it's not worth too much, but just enough to make me think twice about opening it!
