If anyone is in the Milwaukee area and wants a good laugh, head over to the Goodwill in Waukesha off 164. In their case they have a boxed Jaguar and Jaguar CD. I figured they would have them at the regular goofy pricing they always have systems at, like the Vic 20 that sat unsold for months for $50 (Which is actually gone now...), or the brick only Dreamcast for $49.99. Then I saw the price tag: $299.99! Even for both systems that would have been absurd. Imagine my surprise when they turned out to be $299.99 each! They were most certainly very used, and on top of that the games were a further $9.99 each. I had my 25% off coupon, but who in their right mind would pay $450 for a Jaguar and Jaguar CD, let alone $600?
I decided to check Ebay when I got home and sure enough this listing pops up first:

...which I guess explains their stupid pricing for said donated materials. Also, all the loose Genesis sports games were a mere $6.99 each, a deal, really. Goodwill really reinforces my decision to donate to St. Vincent De Paul every time I go in there.
I haven't been posting my finds much this year as I have been quite busy, but that Jaguar really got me into protest mode.
I DID stop at a rummage that was selling a large stack of boxed, complete Star Wars Lego sets for only $2 each! I picked up
V-Wing Fighter
Darth Vader's Tie Fighter
Mos Eisley Cantina
A-Wing Fighter
Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle
And a few other large non Star Wars sets.
But my biggest find is yet to be posted; it's one of those that won't be believed without pictures, so as soon as I get home to my camera I will post my metaphorical giant slain white whale.
