Default Mega Man X Cartridge Issue

I just bought this SNES cartridge. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it? So far I've taken it apart and thoroughly cleaned the contacts, and I've tried it in a different system; the result was the same.

Looks like some mode7 problems on the title screen. Likely PPU based.
I fix things. You name it, I'll work on it. Want something modded? Recapped?

So you think the PPU on the SNES itself is dying or something?

It's definitely a problem with the cart; I've tried it on 3 different systems with the exact same result.

Perhaps it might be a bad solder joint on the ROM chip? It might be worth a try to reflow the solder joints on the ROM.

That's probably what I'll end up trying. I'm just wondering if anything in particular jumps out at anyone based on the pictures.

Those are pretty simple carts, it's probally a bad trace/joint or a faulty chip (74LS00 or maskrom)
