    Default Mega Drive anniversary/History book

I picked up this book years ago. Mostly all in Japanese. It has a screen shot and mini blurb/review of every Mega Drive game released in Japan. Comes with a cool mini Mega Drive system and 2 carts of Virtua Fighter 2 and Comix Zone. ISBN 4-87233-880-4. Just looking for any info on its value.

That's a beautiful book you have there. I'd love to have an English version of the set.

Looks like you have some creases in the external box. I spot a little wear on the book. If I were pricing this for my eBay store, I'd probably do $50-60 OBO. I'd imagine a Nintendo version of this would go for a lot more. I remember seeing one on eBay a month or two ago for around $100 and I don't think anyone purchased it. It's a unique piece but limited market.

Curiosity question: do the little carts plug into the console?

These are listed on Yahoo Japan Auctions for 4-6000 yen used, thats about $45-65 usd. A new/sealed copy is up for 20,000 yen (about $220)

Your copy with the bit of wear and whatnot Id say its prob worth somewhere between $40-60.00

hit me up if yer looking to sell!

Yea the box has a few creases. That was due to the fact it was shipping in a bubble mailer to me :P I like the Nes/Famicom book better even though I am more of a Sega Fan. I'll PM you Parodius Duh!

Continue magazine released this a few years back... I never picked one up, but it always seemed like a pretty cool package they put together.
