The Legend of Dragoon VHS

I picked up The Legend of Dragoon Special Collector's Edition Video VHS the other day and am not finding the video on YouTube or eBay. A silly Website has one for $70, however finding any additional info is slim. These tapes don't fetch much from what I recall, but what's the rarity as well and do they actively get removed from YouTube? Otherwise I'm thinking nobody put the effort to share it with the rest. It was 45¢ so I figured it's worth grabbing to go with my game and a nice addition for game related videos.

Is it a video of the gameplay, or is it an actual cartoon? If it's the latter, it's most likely not badly animated and horribly dubbed!

I do not have a VHS player hooked up right now so I cannot confirm the content. The video is labeled "Special Collector's Edition Video" so I assume it came packed in with some of the games.
