Default Any rarities in this 46 NES game pack?

I have a chance to get a bunch of NES games for an alright price. Researching every game one at a time, being a lazy f*ck, I thought I'd ask a bunch of great people that always know everything. Any rarities in this pack? Anything worth a few bucks? I'd like to buy that, but the price they are asking is quite a lot, so I will give it a miss unless there is something good in there. Here are the games:

    Batman
    Hook
    Castelian
    Battleship
    Wrestlemania
    Top Gun: The Second Mission
    Wrestlemania Challenge
    Bucky O'Hare
    Wrestlemania Steel Cage Challenge
    Swords and Serpents
    Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles
    Ducktales
    Super Spike V’ Ball
    Boulder Dash
    A Boy and His Blob
    Little Nemo: The Dream Master
    Baseball
    Captain Planet and the Planeteers
    Elite
    Double Dragon III
    Days Of Thunder
    Wizards and Warriors
    Spy Vs Spy
    Donkey Kong Classics
The Original Donkey Kong Arcade Classics Series
    Captain Skyhawk
    Defender Of The Crown
    Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers
    Duck Tales
    Mach Rider
    Kick Off
    Talespin
    Monster In My Pocket
    Gremlins 2
    The Addams Family
    Turbo Racing
    James Bond Jr
    Goal
    Isolated Warrior
    The Hunt For Red October
    Wrestlemania Challenge
    Kung Fu
    Gauntlet 2

There was a few obviosly non-rare-one in there I took out of the list. Also, does it hurt the price that they are PAL-A-region?

Thanks in advance, I love you all!

I'd guess PAL is probably a little more valuable than NTSC (due to the fact the Master System dominated in PAL regions, whereas the NES was far more popular in NTSC), but the only one that I think might be rare/valuable is Elite. Said to be a good game but also incompatible with NTSC.
Kick Off is the only other PAL-exclusive on the list, but I don't know know if it's worth very much except maybe to a collector.

Bucky O'Hare seems to be on the rise. The NTSC version, at least, seems now be selling at $20-35 on ebay.
(didn't think it was worth much a couple years ago when I bought an FC cart for like $12. )
