I just got a sega pico. I have a question on the carts i see that some are red and the same game will have a blue version. Why did they make the same game with different color carts?

Over on another forum I and multiple other folks have been researching the Sega Pico extensively.
But as for your question, it's been brought up and so far, all we really know is that Sega did not seem to keep a consistent color scheme going for any of their US releases, although there's some games that are more commonly found in certain colors than others. The "why" of it is probably "lol Sega of America", as this seems less problematic in other regions.
thanks for the info

This reminds me, I've got a not for resale Pico demo cartridge which I got in a lot of stuff and I've never been able to find anyone else talking about it. Does anyone else have one of these?
It's essentially the same as a regular Pico cart, but each page is from different game. It interface with the unit like any other cart would, but when you turn to the next page the onscreen stuff is from each unique game along with the page.
Right now all my Pico stuff is stuck in the back of the closet in my office while I remodel it. When I get everything finished I'd be happy to snap a shot for you.
Kiddo also responded to me and it looks like it might be this: http://segaretro.org/Storyware_Sampler
Once I get a chance to get to everything I'll let you all know, it would be neat if another copy was located.
Again thank you. The more i play the pico the more I like it. My 2 year old loves it.

Since the subject's come up, I suppose I should ask;
I've been meaning to make a Sega Pico site at some point, but.... well, it wouldn't really fit in with my Superfamicom.org content/Satellablog. Would anyone else here be willing to help out with such an idea? I'm mainly aiming for it to be informative and to go into details about the history of the console n' whatnot, but of course if anyone's crazy enough to do reviews (of the 190+ Japan-exclusive titles, at that?), that'd be a nice idea too.
