Default Game Boy Pocket Battery Life

Do any of you use NiMH batteries with your Game Boy Pocket? If so, what's your battery life like? I'm using 750mAh Eneloops and only getting about 3 hours.

After the GB's dead, the batteries still have a lot of juice, but maybe the voltage is too low at that point to keep the Game Boy running?

There's an operating range. When the voltage drops below a certain point, whatever it's powering stops working.

NiMH batteries shouldn't change much in voltage as they drain, but they start at a lower voltage than alkaline to begin with.
