I like how this isn't getting locked.
For anybody that missed it, this was his thread: http://nintendoage.com/forum/message...threadid=81443
Only difference is he wanted $275 for it.
You're welcome.
"And the book says: 'We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us.'"
Hey, everyone! Despite my collection only being 240 NES games deep, I decided to save and get a high profile NES game out of the way for a couple of reasons. I could have gone for Bubble Bobble 2, Panic Restaraunt, The Jetsons, or other cheaper titles, but it's this game I want the most. Furthermore, I will start collecting more aggressively soon and I don't want a wall of rares/expensive titles looming at the end of the road. And finally, I'm trying to get this as an early birthday present for myself.
Now, considering the nature of the title, I'm going to spell out basically every little detail I expect about the game, transaction, etc.
Condition Requirements:
- Very Good - Mint
- No scratches, dents, scuffs, or otherwise any damage or manufacturing flaws to the label or cartridge.
- The label must be glossy. It doesn't have to be insanely glossly, but glossy nonetheless.
- NTSC.
Conditon Preferences:
- Back of cartridge -- prefer to be the later style label (the one with more than three bullet points), but it's okay if it's the earlier version. I'm willing to swap it if need be.
Before Transaction Requirements:
- I want to see quality pictures of the top label, front of the cartridge, back of the cartridge, and the game running.
- Please show your username on a piece of paper (sticky note, etc). in the picture so I can guarantee you did not use someone else's picture. Also, do not put the picture on the cartridge or I will assume you are trying to hide an imperfection in the item.
- A picture of the cartridge tilted in the light to reflect and demonstrate the glossy-ness of the label and possible imperfections.
- Before Transaction Preferences:
- Pictures of the board inside the cartridge. Not required.
- Payment Plan:
- After going through all the steps (PMs, pictures, agreeing on a price), I will pay in full instantly on PayPal. If you need to, check my feedback on NintendoAge; I am a speedy payer!
- This week, I work Tuesday (August 14, 2012), Wednesday (August 15, 2012), Saturday (August 18, 2012), and Sunday (August 19, 2012) from 7:00AM - 7:00PM central time. I get a 30 minute break approximately every hour and a half excluding at the beginning or at the end of my shift. On work days, during breaks is when I will check NintendoAge/Email, etc. If an agreement is reached during those hours, I will pay immediately when I am home (approximately 8:00PM central time, 45 minute drive to and from work).
Shipping Requirements:
- SECURE SHIPPING! I'm paranoid enough as it is when it comes to items going through USPS or FedEx without the item I'm buying being so expensive. I am willing to pay extra for secure shipping: covered in bubble wrap twice (or more) and shipped in a secure cardboard box.
Other Notes:
- The reason why the topic summary says "Bounty: $___+" is because I am more than willing to negotiate.
- I have had 59 transactions on eBay, 100%.
I know there's a lot of very specific requirements and I may seem a bit condescending typing them all out, but I am VERY serious about this.
That should about cover everything! I know it's quite a lot of detail, but I am very serious about this purchase and I want everything to go down as clearly, smoothly, and swiftly as possible. I'm welcome to any sort of suggestions, feedback, whatever.
