It seems Valve is also looking for hardware designers.

Hey, I've spent money on stupider things. This looks interesting, and Valve is decently competent enough to get it off the ground. Whether or not it reaches its potential in a marketplace that sort of rejected 3D TVs and other gimmicks remains to be seen.
