Check the softdip settings and switch it to japanese.If that doesn't work then put in a universe bios,which supports many cheats and let's play any game uncut.

Wait... the MVS version is censored?

IV is the only MVS SS cart I don't own, but in the rest they're censored only when you play them in US AES mode. I was always under the impression the only MVS censoring was Whip's gun move in KoF.
