I want to finish Resident Evil 6. If you have not picked it up yet get it. It is great! I also want to finish Silent Hill 2 & 3 HD versions. Fatal Frame 2. I also have Texas Chainsaw Massacre on the Atari 2600 but never played it.

I totally forgot Typing of the Dead.

So I had to pull this one out last night and dust off my Dreamcast keyboard (literally, as it was covered in a thick layer of dust from sitting in my closet for 9 or so years). You know, I used to type for a living, but I'm ashamed to say I couldn't complete the game. I got pretty far, but Goldman had his revenge and I was staring at the GAME OVER screen in disbelief.

I think I lost most of my health to the single letter enemies like bats and slugs, because they dart around so fast I can't read them, and the reaction time expected is pretty fast, for me anyway. Maybe that's why I don't type for a living anymore..

Dogs of the AMS... time they made a move.

I have a copy of Shivers II for PC that I have never even installed. If its anything like the first one I'm not sure I want to.

Also I need to beat Dino Crisis and Resident Evil Zero.

And the most horrifying game of them all, Keith Courage in Alpha Zones! Nah just kidding.

Ahh yes, D... a game I haven't beaten just because something's wrong with my second disc.

Anyone got a spare disc 2 of D for Saturn that they won't mind parting with?

Also, do the Ghosts n' Goblins games count? I still have yet to beat them, though I managed to loop Super once.

If anyone has the original Playstation Blood Omen, I suggest playing that too. It's got an epic story & kinda long. Slow load times though, but the PS2 might help speed that up.

I just picked up a copy of the PC version of The Thing for cheap, I'll probably have a go at that. Also I still need to beat Castlevania: Bloodlines after all these years

Hell yeah they count. Halloween '89 I was too old to trick or treat anymore, so I got Ghouls 'n Ghosts for my new Genesis and played that for the night.

Nothing new or sitting unplayed in the backlog, but every Halloween I try to sit down and play some Zombie Revenge on Dreamcast. Cheesy fun. Never finished that game, but I still enjoy it. I might branch out with some House of the Dead 2 this year...
If you can't do it with 8 bits, you don't need to do it!

Hell yes it is! Lock yourself in a dark room, grab a good pair of headphones and prepare to get your adrenaline pumping. Enemy Zero induces panic like no other game i have played. As you already know, the enemies are invisible and you can only rack their position by a "beep" sound. Not to mention your gun takes a few seconds to charge and then discharges after a few moments, so you cant just blast away. All this coupled with the limited save and load mechanic adds to the horror.

It's a strange mix of FPS, myst style puzzles and fmv gameplay. The game is not for everyone, but those who like it LOVE it!
If a god is willing to prevent evil, but not able, then he is not omnipotent. If he is able, but not willing, then he must be malevolent. If he is both willing and able, then why is there evil? If he is neither able or willing then why call him a god?

I didn't know that, actually. I'll have to track this game down. I also forget about Bloodlines. I've never ended that game. You know, I can't remember ever ending ANY Castlevania game besides Lament of Innocence. Not even Super Castlevania 4, and I've played that a hundred times. o_0

Quite a lot given that I looooove survival horror.

The most prominent is Resident Evil: Code Veronica X.

I hear it's just too hard.

I didn't find Code Veronica to be more difficult than any of the other Resident Evil games. If you can beat Resident Evil 1, 2, or 3, then CV shouldn't be a problem.

I wish I had Enemy Zero... the Happy Nerd's review makes me salivate.

I played through it back when it came out, and I don't remember it being any harder or easier than any other "classic style" RE game.

I've honestly never heard that before, but for what it's worth, I can play through Resident Evil Code: Veronica in just over 2 hours USING ONLY THE KNIFE (save certain boss battles), and I'm no gaming guru.

Both along with basically everything I have boxed up right now there's Resident Evil 2 n64 and 3ds RE Revelations. I suppose in an odd way holiday themed GnG on NES and SGnG on SNES could count too along with the various console Castlevania games (NES, SNES, N64, GBA and DS DoS.)
