Used items only and in recent years, they haven't put stickers on a lot of items. It's basically their way of marking things as having been purchased there so you don't bring in defective items claiming you bought them there. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them mail order. The quality of their stuff runs the gamut from perfect to garbage. I stop in at Game Dude at least twice a month and it really is an interesting store, but it certainly has its problems.
