To be honest, I don't keep track of my games by region - it's all done by format. So, knocking up a list would take me too long so here are some estimates -
(As I'm from the UK, US & Jap count as Import to me)

All my Neo Geo AES & CD Games
    About 30 Japanese Saturn Games
About 15 Jap & US DC Games
    About 10 Jap MD Games
    All my Virtual Boy Games
About 10 US & Jap SNES Games
    A handful of imports for GC, PS2 & PS1

Think that's about it. I expect my import collection to grow a little as I slowly pick up more Bemani stuff.

    Too many :P

Almost my entire collection are imports because I happen to live where I do. This means that...

All my SNES stuff is import (US and Japanese) 80+ games
All my N64 stuff is import (US and Japanese) 50+ games
All my GC stuff is import (US and Japanese) 35 games
    A few 7800 games
Quite a lot of my Vic20 cartridges
    Some of my GBA games
Quite a lot of my C64 cartridges and some of my discs (500+)
    Some of my Vectrex games
    Some of my 2600 games

The only area in my collection that isn't import at all is my NGPC collection because that's 100% UK so far (until I get some of the Japan only titles )

I'm surprised the "king of Ninja Gaiden 2" desn't have Ninja Gaiden for the Master System.

If the cartridge is complete round, then its japanese. The NTSC and PAL cartridges are only at one side round (the front). But japanese games at both sides round (front & back). So you can it only insert at you console, when you break the 2 thinks at the back from your slot from your console.
