Default QVC Maximum Carnage Limited Edition Box Set, both snes and genesis versions.

So, my mom works for a packaging company here in Massachusetts and they actually packaged the Maximum Carnage box sets for the QVC sale. They packaged them around my dad's birthday, and since the company got some extra over the 5000, she was able to take home both versions as a birthday present, before they were even fully sealed. I found my old snes a couple months ago, and have been going to local free markets to get more games, so my parents remembered that they had the 2 sets in the basement. I just want to know how much they are worth, if they may be worth more together, and some tips on selling, since this would be my first old video game sale if it's worth enough money. Thanks for reading, and here are some pictures.

    ((sorry the pictures flipped around))

The last few sealed ones have gone for $400 or so on Ebay. The SNES version seems slightly more valuable than the Sega Genesis. Having said that, yours aren't sealed and seem to have a little box wear, but I still think you can get $200-$250 each.

Do you think they would be worth more if sold together?

Probably not. I think you're better off listing them on Ebay separately.

I PMed the guy a couple months back and never heard from him so I'm guessing they're either sold or he's not checking this forum any more.

Not checking the forum would be the right answer, sorry!

Yes, I am interested in selling the Sega Genisis one, but, I'm a little hesitant on selling the SNES one. If interested PM me, I'l be checking my inbox.

    Thanks!
