I don't know what they're worth but you may try searching ebay completed auctions or sales and see what people are actually paying for them. Or try a google search for the items. I would think if their NOS and brand new should be worth more than used. Hope this helps.
Not much. People are still finding NIB controllers in the wild, and the S-vid cable would prolly only matter to the most hardcore folks, but honestly there are nicer aftermarket cables if S-vid is what you really want, PLUS everyone is into RGB/Component mods now it seems.
