Do any Vita games come with manuals?

This video shows Japanese Vita games having manuals

So my assumption was right. They have always gone all out over there with their manuals, strategy guides and art books so I figured it would be a bit tougher for them to do away with manuals completely. Of course looking at that video those manuals are almost no better than current Call of Duty 4-8 page manuals but it's better than nothing I guess.
