Default 1988 Altered Beast (Centuri) Randomly locking up/not booting

    Howdy
I just picked up this cab and have been having issues with it since I got it home. It initially started up fine, but after a few hours the screen changed hue and the game locked up. When trying to restart it the marquee lights up fine, but the game doesn't boot, with no sound/image on the screen. The screen does flash as usual when the switch is flipped though. It seems after it sits for a few hours unplugged it starts up and runs fine, but the problem always repeats. Sometimes it will run for 5 hours, sometimes 5 minutes. I went ahead and got some canned air and cleaned up everything as well as checked the temp of the psu upon failure. Everything seems fine.

Any info or help is much appreciated

Could be a bad solder joint somewhere, bad capacitors, EPROMs/cables needing to be reseated amongst other things I can think of.

Try popping out the EPROMs and popping them right back in as well as any cable harnesses.
I fix things. You name it, I'll work on it. Want something modded? Recapped?

    Thanks for the help
I'll try that when I get home, and update the thread.
I should have added that this is my first cabinet :s
