WTB: Help me finish my US Dreamcast Collection!

This years resolution is to finally complete my US Dreamcast release collection. Then I will probably start collecting Japanese shmups and other homebrews.

I would love to buy in bulk, but whatever you might have to help would be great - I'm tired of paying $5 shipping fees per game on ebay. Obviously would love these complete, but if you have loose manuals, cases, or CD's, lmk what you have and what you would like for it.

Pretty sure Sega Swirl was a minigame. Possibly some kind of bonus disc, possibly included in Sega Smash Pack?
I only remember playing a PC version on some multi-game demo CD.
