    Default Is this a reseal?

I can't seem to figure out if this is a reseal or not. I want to say it is not, but the cheapish wrapping makes me feel otherwise. There is a seam going from top to bottom on the back it is just hard to see in the pictures.

    **Edit**

I got an answer on Nintendo Age.

What might it be worth given its condition. I only see one sealed one that sold and it was right around $100.

Even if you got an answer elsewhere, I have personally never seen a copy that came in loose shrink wrap like that, always the y-folds, nor would I want to purchase one with shrink wrap like that.

How would you fake the sticker on the top though?

It's probably a gamestop/EBgames reseal. Sometimes when games were behind the counter for a long time they got scuffed or their original shrinkwrap became torn, etc, we were told to ditch the old shrink wrap and re-shrinkwrap it ourselves. I had to do this on many occasions, not just for games that had been opened for floor display.

It's entirely possible it's never been opened, but it's also possible to get discs out of those cases without disturbing the upper seal, tricky, but possible.

Either way that seal is horrible.
