So about a month ago I did a trade with someone from a few cities over and he told me about a hole in the wall rental store that sold older games, the problem was it was an hour from him in the opposite direction of me and he was about 1.5 hours away from me. So today I had some free time so I made the 3 hour trip and boy I'm happy I did!



Don't pay to much attention to the price tags, he basically gave me half off.

So amazingly, my co-worker actually has that Nishika 3D camera. He got it in a bag of crap from woot like 3 years ago. Seeing that image brought all sorts of memories flooding back.

Paid around $130 + tax for everything but the NES games. Got those from a friend.

Because I'm bored and because it's April Fool's Day, here are my finds transformed into base mode. The Game Boy carts are the guns.

Just snagged a Boxed US Dynamite Headdy for GameGear off of amazon for about $8.75 listed as "Very Good" condition. Not sure if the manual's there, but honestly, I'm not too worried about it. There's plenty of dirt cheap copies on ebay that have the manual if I need to complete it, but there hasn't been a single boxed copy on ebay for almost an entire YEAR.

EDIT: Blaaaaagh, they cancelled the order because it was "out of stock" after I paid...

I AM THE APRIL FOOL.

Ended up buying a cart-only copy of gamegear ristar for $7.96 since it's one I've wanted to play for quite a while (especially due to the fact that it's a completely different game than the genesis one and stands on its own.)
