Default FS: Severely Liquid damaged GameCube

Picked up a GameCube at a flea market for $5 non working. I thought I could fix it, until I opened it and found it to be severely liquid damaged. It has lots of rust and corrosion. Maybe someone who has Jesus hands can fix it. Make an offer.

I challenge anyone on this board to restore and make that Cube work again...

It's not a complete loss; I think the plastic shell may be useful for a modding / recasing project!

Looks more like a parts unit than a fixable unit.

I would say it's repairable, but at what cost. It will be more cost and time than it's worth. I wouldn't even use it for parts since I don't know the condition of all the parts. It's quite possible that nothing will work in it.

Someone with a dremel and buffing tools could use the case as a uh, base for something else. I honestly doubt any electronics can be salvaged.
