If the PSPGO couldn't sell at $150 it's definitely not selling for $10,000+. Furthermore I'm not even sure why you posted this and thought it was legit when it's obvious that the people with 0 feedback bid it up to that amount with no intention of paying that amount for it.

oops! didnt know you could check the feedback of bidders, just saw it and yea its complete bullshit! but why would somebody take the risk to bid even on a fake account, when they could be liable of buying it if they the seller finds their ID??

They aren't forced to pay for it. What they do is just create these accounts to bid on things they never intend to actually pay for. The most the seller can do is file a complaint which puts a "red mark" on their account. No big deal since it's free to create accounts on eBay.

But why would anyone waste their time?

And I thought ebay had some system to verify IDs (like I remember them wanting a credit card number when I registered a hotmail email) to stop banned users from returning?

Usually fake accounts come because of one or two reasons. Shilling gone very wrong, or someone is a high bidder, that doesn't want to be a high bidder so they create a fake account to take the heat and not get the neg/NPB mark against their account.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.
