    Default Turbo Duo Sound issue

So I hooked up my duo, Havent used it in awhile. The background music is very very low, but the sound effects play at normal volume level. It does this with Dracula X and Lords of Thunder. Music plays perfectly when I played a hu card. Nice and loud.
Now When I bought the system a few years ago, the seller said the caps had been re-done and the cd player had been replaced. So I dont know what to think. Just pissed.
Any ideas of what the issues could be would be appreciated. Any suggestions of people who could fix it relatively cheap would also be appreciated

It doesn't sound like all the caps have been replaced. When I worked on Duos I encountered at least a couple where someone had only replaced the caps in the audio circuitry, leaving the rest behind which caused some problems.

If D-Lite did it then probably only a few caps were done. I think back then he was only doing a few caps back then, not the entire amount.
