questions about Tales of Destiny PS1 case only

You may have seen my post in the April 2013 finds thread. I found a bunch of incomplete game cases and such, one of which was an empty case for Tales of Destiny for PS1. Now I'm thinking it may be worth around $30-$40, is that about right? also, I saw that there was one completed listing for a disk only for this game for $20. I'm starting to wonder if I should sell the case as it is, or wait around for a loose disk and manual to come along....but I don't want to wait forever. Whats DP's thoughts?

That $20 sale sounds more like a lucky BIN.
When I was looking for a copy, it seemed prices were more like $40-60 for the CD only.
