    Default Dreamcast Weird Video Issue

    Can anyone help me figure out what the hell is wrong with this thing?

    -Bad GPU?
    -Bad Capacitors?
    -Bad PSU?
    -Bad Video Memory modules?
    -All of the above
    -I donīt care!

    OK bad solder joints on the gpu you would need a bga rework station please don't use a heat gun.
