Reason PS4 and Next Box are equal in sales: everybody buys a Next Box because something cool comes out for it. It's a game or software so good that even the early PS4 adopters buy it. Xbox Live gets hacked and shut down by anonymous due to the always online requirement nerd rage, rendering the console and all games you bought useless. Everybody throws it away and buys a PS4 if they haven't yet because it's what's left.
