that's interesting, so I did a little research.

Re-Volt Live was a special version of Re-Volt for Xbox Live. It was also the very first Live-enabled game for the Xbox Console.[1] It was very limited in supply and only playable for "closed beta testers" such as ADX. CrispyGamer.com gave it the tip top of their top ten list, and said it could be one of the rarest games of the last generation and a collectible for years to come.[2]
This guy had a hard time getting rid of it in 2005:

But that was 2005 and he didn't try very hard.
That's about all I found, but then again I didn't look past the first page on google cause it was mostly bringing up Xbox 1 launch articles. If I could get $30 for my Halo Reach New Disc Format beta disc (which I regret selling), this has to be quite a bit more valuable to the right buyer.
and here's a funny pre-Xbox 1 launch article with comments for kicks:

I have one of those on my shelf along with the orange xbox live headset bag and head set that came with it. They sent them out to quite a bit of people just like the Halo disks. I don't see them very often though.
Hmm. All right thank you guys!
It tends to go for 20 - 40 on ebay.
