A friend of mine is selling his copy of Klonoa: Door to Phantomile for the PS1 starting at $29.99 and $4 standard shipping. The copy is not perfect, as the disc has a small amount of marker writing on it and the manual has no interior pages, only the front and back. At the very least, the game works well and looks nice from the exterior, so while it may not be a pristine collector's piece, it's good for someone who just wants to own the game and the case it belongs in to look nice and play well.
