    Default Colecovision help

Hello all. I just picked up all this Colecovision stuff at a garage sale for $10. It was pretty dusty, but I took all the systems apart, washed the plastic in soap and water and they look good as new now. I received 2 of the big controllers, but had to use parts from the one to fix the other one. The other problem is that neither of the original controllers work. I took them apart and found that the wires got damaged where they enter the controller. I tried all the games and it all works!

How hard is it to resolder the wires so I can get them working again? How hot of a soldering iron should I purchase and what type of solder? Thanks for all the help!

Can't help with soldering advice, but, wow, you cleaned that stuff up nicely! Man, that takes me back. I still have a little box of a handful of games, I'll take a look to see if I have any you don't, if you want.

Sure, sounds good! Yes, I am quite happy that it all washed up nice! I was looking on eBay and to buy the controllers separately is quite expensive.
